Event Policies

Registration & Seating

The Total Impact System Masterclass is a live, in-person, three-day event held November 6–8, 2026 in Johnston County, NC. The exact venue, parking, and arrival details are sent in your confirmation email once you register. Seating is strictly limited to 20 attendees. Your seat is confirmed when payment (in full or your first installment) is received and you receive that confirmation. Registration closes when all 20 seats are filled.

Refunds

All registrations are final. We do not issue refunds for this event, including for cancellations, no-shows, partial attendance, or a change of plans on your end. Seating is capped at 20, so the seat you reserve is a seat nobody else can take.

Transfers & Substitutions

Your seat is transferable with at least 14 days' written notice before the first day of the event. You have two options:

• Send someone else in your place. Give us their name and email and we will move the registration over.
• Apply what you paid as a credit toward a future Total Impact System Masterclass.

Inside the 14-day window, seats cannot be transferred or credited. No-shows forfeit their registration and any payments made. To request a transfer or credit, email us at the address below before the window closes.

Payment Plans

If you reserve your seat on a payment plan, you are responsible for the full balance regardless of attendance, transfer, or completion. Installments are billed on schedule to the card you provide. If a payment is late, declined, or fails, we may pause your registration until the account is current, and a seat that stays past due may be released. Choosing a payment plan does not change the refund or transfer terms above.

Changes & Cancellation by The Soler Effect

We reserve the right to change the venue, schedule, agenda, or presenters, and to reschedule or cancel the event. If we cancel outright and do not offer a replacement date, you receive a full refund of what you paid. If we reschedule, your registration moves to the new date automatically, and if that date does not work for you, you may take a credit toward a future masterclass instead.

Our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for your registration. Travel, lodging, meals, time off, and any other cost you take on to attend are yours, so book with that in mind.

Conduct

This is a working room with 20 people in it, and everyone there paid to get something out of the three days. We may remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive, harassing, unsafe, or otherwise damaging to the room, and removal does not come with a refund. Attendance is limited to registered attendees. We can't accommodate guests, children, or pets.

Photography & Recording

We photograph and record at this event. By attending, you grant The Soler Effect permission to use your name, likeness, voice, and any comments you make on camera in marketing and educational materials, with no compensation owed to you. Let a team member know at check-in if you would rather not appear, and we will work around you.

Take all the notes and photos you want. Recording sessions on audio or video, live-streaming, or passing around workbook contents and other event materials is not permitted, and what we hand you is for your own use.

The Soler Effect provides education, frameworks, and mentorship. We do not guarantee any specific income, business result, financial outcome, or personal transformation. Any examples, testimonials, or results shared are illustrations of what is possible, not promises of what you will achieve. What you get out of the room depends on your effort, your circumstances, and your execution.
