Michael does not coach from the sidelines. He built his results the hard way, by trying things, getting it wrong, fixing it, and going again. In business and in life. The Soler Effect came out of that pressure, not a whiteboard.

It started as a personal project: get his own head right. Then he noticed something. The same handful of habits that kept him in the game were the same ones that separated owners who made it from owners who stalled out. Accountability. Grit. Leading yourself first. Being willing to change the plan when the plan stops working.

He turned those habits into Be Legendary The Mindset and started sharing them. First with a few people. Then a few hundred. Now with anyone who is done playing small and ready to put in the reps.
